Water Classes

AQUAFIT:

Is a cardio and resistance training in the pool to music. An excellent way to tone up and increase your fitness.

HYDRO CIRCUIT:

A combination of aquafit and strengthening exercises in the pool using equipment. This form of exercise is easy on the joint, great for those recovery from injuries.

Rec Swims

ADULT LANE SWIM:

This is a length swim only.

ADULT REC SWIM:

Fun swim for adults, do not necessarily have to swim lengths.

OPEN REC SWIM:

Open to everyone. Fun, recreational swim. Must be 6 years of age and able to swim alone if not accompanied by parents.

PARENTS/PRESCHOOLERS:

For parents and children of pre-school age.

FAMILY SWIM:

Children must be accompanied by parents during this swim.

SENIOR SWIM:

Recreational swim for seniors. Length swimming not required.

Land Classes

SPINFIT:

This group cycling class is a pure cardio workout that will increase your stamina and firm your bum. Not for the faint at heart.

FLEX & TONE:

A total body workout that will strengthen and tone your entire body, using free weights and tubing and stability balls.

CIRCUIT TRAINING:

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance.

PILATES/FUSION:

This program will strengthen the abs, lower back, your whole core, as well as, improve balance and flexibility.

BELLIES & BUTTS:

Tone you tummy and tighten your tush in a fun 45 min workout. Fat burning and super fun and easy to follow routine which provides a perfect combination of cardio and strength training.

BEGINNERS’ YOGA:

This class class is a nice and easy entry to yoga. You’ll stretch and strengthen your body while deepening the breath.

YOGA:

A Spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practices for health and relaxation.

POUND:

POUND® uses lightly weighted drumsticks to transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. You become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.
